Five members of Congress, one Microsoft cluster.

Gilbert Cisneros, Jared Moskowitz, Josh Gottheimer, Ro Khanna and Cleo Fields each disclosed buying MSFT within the last 120 days.

That makes five different tracked members converging on the same stock in the same window. MSFT’s current price is $535.07.

The filings show a pattern, not coordination or improper conduct. Members may simply share an adviser or hold an index fund. Congress can arrive at the same ticker by several perfectly ordinary routes.

There’s also the usual timing wrinkle. The STOCK Act gives members up to 45 days to disclose trades. Filings routinely appear weeks after the transaction, when the market has already had time to do what markets do.
