A $6.28 Million PLSE Purchase, Disclosed 571 Days Later

A 300,000-share purchase took the scenic route to disclosure.
Jon Skinner, identified in the filing as Chief Financial Officer, disclosed a purchase of PLSE dated February 3, 2025. At $20.93 per share, the disclosed transaction was worth about $6,279,000.
The disclosure was filed on August 28, 2026. That’s 571 days after the trade.
The STOCK Act requires members of Congress to disclose trades within 45 days. This filing arrived 526 days beyond that deadline. The standard penalty for a late filing is $200.
That works out to a rather patient paperwork process.
