Insider Buying Disclosures for Sept. 21–27, 2026: ASX and LEN Dominate

Insider purchases disclosed Sept. 21–27, 2026, led by ASX, LEN and ARQQ; underlying trade dates range from Sept. 17–23.

CapitolRadar.com tracks publicly disclosed trades by members of Congress and corporate insiders. For the week of September 21–27, 2026, the supplied list of notable disclosures consists of corporate insider purchases rather than transactions attributed to lawmakers.

All 12 entries are buys. They span officers, directors and 10 percent owners, with reported transaction values ranging from about $654,576 to approximately $29.58 million. Several trades took place before the start of the reporting week, illustrating the timing difference between a transaction and when it appears in a weekly disclosure roundup.

The week’s apparent buying strength was highly concentrated: the three largest entries represented about 76.6% of the roughly $69.82 million listed total.

Largest purchases in the weekly list

The largest single transaction was Chang Hung Pen’s ASX purchase. The director bought 300,000 shares at $98.60 each, for an approximate value of $29.58 million on September 22.

The next-largest entry was BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC’s September 21 purchase of 160,275 LEN shares at $77.23, valued at about $12.38 million. Lefebvre d’Ovidio Manfredi’s purchase of 4.6 million ARQQ shares at $2.50 followed at approximately $11.5 million.

Other purchases above $2 million included BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC’s separate September 18 LEN trade, Leproust Emily M.’s TWST purchase and the Philip & Daniele Barach Family Trust’s CELU transaction.

Repeated buying in LEN and UTHR

Two names appeared more than once. BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC, identified as a 10 percent owner, made two LEN purchases on September 18 and September 21. Together, the listed transactions covered 211,861 shares and approximately $16.35 million.

ROTHBLATT MARTINE A, identified as a UTHR director, Chairperson and CEO, also had two listed purchases. Each involved 9,500 shares at $117.76 and was valued at approximately $1.12 million. The two trade dates were September 18 and September 22, bringing the combined listed activity to 19,000 shares and about $2.24 million.

The remaining entries were single purchases. They included transactions by chief executives in LUXE and ALMU, a chief financial officer in DKS, and a director in CRM. The weekly list therefore covers several types of corporate insiders rather than one executive category alone.

That concentration means this list is better read as a handful of large owner and director purchases than as broad insider-buying momentum.

Why disclosure timing matters

A weekly disclosure list is not the same as a list of trades executed only during that week. Although this roundup covers disclosures from September 21 through September 27, the underlying trade dates run from September 17 through September 23. Five listed transactions were dated before September 21.

Congressional periodic transaction reports can be filed up to 45 days after a trade; most SEC Form 4 insider reports are due within two business days, though exceptions apply.

CapitolRadar tracks publicly disclosed trades (STOCK Act and SEC Form 4 filings); disclosures can lag the trade by up to 45 days. This article is impersonal information for your own research, not investment advice.
