Microsoft has picked up five congressional buyers in 120 days.

Gilbert Cisneros, Jared Moskowitz, Josh Gottheimer, Ro Khanna and Cleo Fields each disclosed buying MSFT during that window. Several members converging on one stock is the pattern. The filings supply the names.

That doesn’t establish coordination or improper conduct. The members may simply share an adviser or hold an index fund. What the public record shows is five tracked members reporting purchases of the same stock.

MSFT currently trades at $517.53.

Under the STOCK Act, members of Congress must disclose trades within 45 days. Those disclosures routinely arrive weeks after the transaction, which means prices have already moved by the time the public gets the filing. Congress trades first. The paperwork keeps its own schedule.

CapitolRadar tracks publicly disclosed congressional trades and backtests every trader against the S&P 500.
