Four members disclosed AVGO buys in 120 days

Four tracked members of Congress landed on the same ticker: AVGO.
Richard W. Allen, Ro Khanna, Rick W. Allen and David Taylor each disclosed buying AVGO within the last 120 days. Four members, one stock, one fairly noticeable cluster in the public filings.
AVGO’s current price is $364.54.
That price also comes with the usual congressional disclosure delay. The STOCK Act gives members up to 45 days to report trades, and filings routinely arrive weeks after the transaction. By the time a disclosure becomes public, the market has already had plenty of time to continue being the market.
The filings show convergence, not coordination. They document who reported buying AVGO and when those disclosures appeared. Nothing in the cluster establishes why the members made their trades.
