Four members disclosed AVGO buys in 120 days

Four members of Congress found their way to AVGO.
Within the last 120 days, Richard W. Allen, Ro Khanna, Rick W. Allen and David Taylor each disclosed buying Broadcom shares.
That makes four different tracked members converging on the same stock. The filings do not establish coordination or improper conduct. They may simply share an adviser or an index fund.
AVGO’s current price is $357.90. Its CapitolRadar stock page tracks the congressional activity around it.
As usual, timing matters. The STOCK Act gives members of Congress up to 45 days to disclose trades. Filings routinely arrive weeks after the transaction, which means prices have already moved by the time the public gets the paperwork.
Congress gets a disclosure window. Everyone else gets a timestamp.
