Four members disclosed Microsoft buys in 120 days

Microsoft has appeared on four congressional buy disclosures in 120 days.

The members were Gilbert Cisneros, Jared Moskowitz, Josh Gottheimer and Ro Khanna. Four different tracked members, all disclosing purchases of MSFT within the same window.

That convergence is the pattern. The filings do not establish coordination or improper conduct. They establish that several members disclosed buying the same stock over the last 120 days.

MSFT is currently priced at $493.78.

As ever, the public gets the paperwork on Congress time. The STOCK Act requires members to disclose trades within 45 days, and filings routinely arrive weeks after the transaction. By the time a disclosure appears, the market price has already had plenty of opportunity to move.

Capitol Radar tracks those publicly disclosed trades and backtests every congressional trader against the S&P 500.
