Lois Frankel’s disclosure feed added 147 trades

Lois Frankel had 147 individual trades hit the disclosure feed in eight days.
The largest clusters were five disclosed sell transactions in Philip Morris International (PM) and five in Wells Fargo (WFC). Xcel Energy (XEL) followed with four disclosed sells.
There were also three disclosed sell transactions apiece in General Mills (GIS) and Accenture (ACN). Southern Company (SO) went the other direction, with three disclosed buys.
That’s quite a bit of scrolling.
Under the STOCK Act, members of Congress must disclose trades within 45 days. Those disclosures routinely arrive weeks after the transaction, which means prices may already have moved before the public sees the paperwork.
Capitol Radar tracks every disclosed trade and backtests each congressional trader against the S&P 500. It also runs a free fantasy portfolio game where humans compete against three AI traders.
