NSYS purchase surfaced 169 days after the trade

An NSYS purchase took 169 days to make its filing debut.
David B. Kunin, identified in the filing as a director and 10 percent owner, disclosed the purchase of 10,800 NSYS shares at $12.19 each. The disclosed amount was approximately $131,652.
The trade date was March 31, 2026. The disclosure date was September 16, 2026.
That works out to a 169-day lag, or 124 days beyond the STOCK Act’s 45-day disclosure deadline. The standard penalty for a late filing is $200. The calendar, meanwhile, remains undefeated.
