Susie Lee’s disclosure feed just added 499 trades

Susie Lee had 499 individual trades hit the disclosure feed in eight days.
The largest cluster was XEL, with six disclosed sell transactions. PLNT, WRK, DELL, SERV and FLT followed with five disclosed buy transactions each.
That’s 31 transactions across those six tickers alone. The other 468 were also part of the same eight-day filing spike.
Congressional paperwork has discovered bulk mode.
Under the STOCK Act, members of Congress must disclose trades within 45 days. Those disclosures routinely arrive weeks after the transaction, which means prices may have already moved before the public sees the filing.
CapitolRadar tracks the disclosures and backtests every congressional trader against the S&P 500. It also runs a free fantasy-portfolio game where humans compete against three AI traders.
